Since we aren't meeting in person, here is a refreshment you can make and enjoy at home.
 
Cranberry Crumb Bars
Ingredients:
	- 3 cups flour
 
	- 1 1/2 cups sugar
 
	- 1 teaspoon baking powder
 
	- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 
	- 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
	- 1 cup cold butter, cut into small cubes
 
	- 1 egg
 
	- 2 tablespoons milk
 
	- 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
 
	- 1 teaspoon vanilla
 
	- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 
	- 1 cup white chocolate chips
 
	- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 
 
Directions:
	- Preheat over to 375 degrees.
 
	- Spray inside of 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
 
	- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
 
	- Press cubes of cold butter into the flour until the mixture has pea-sized pieces.
 
	- Stir in egg and milk to form a dough.
 
	- Press half of dough into bottom of baking pan to form a crust. Set aside remaining dough.
 
	- In a clean bowl, mix together sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and cranberries.
 
	- Spread mixture over crust layer in baking pan.
 
	- Sprinkle 2/3 cup of white chocolate chips over the mixture.
 
	- Crumble remaining dough over the layered mixture.
 
	- Place pan in oven for 40-45 minutes. Cool.
 
	- Melt remaining white chocolate chips and oil in bowl by microwaving for 15 seconds at a time and stirring until smooth.
 
	- Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled treat. 
 
	- Cut into bars before serving.
